Patna (Bihar): A year since the death of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, all his fans and people close to him are still in hoping for justice, as they still cannot believe that Sushant Singh Rajput can commit suicide. Even though Sushant is not with his fans today, they still remember him. His father is alone at home, having returned home from Delhi just two days ago. On this day of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death anniversary, his father Krishna Kishore Singh has decided not to meet anyone. On the other hand, Sushant’s friends are unable to digest the fact that he committed suicide.
“Till class X, I studied with Sushant Singh Rajput at St. Karen’s High School in Patna. Also, we used to play cricket together. When we were young, along with two or three friends, we used to collect 25 paise to buy comics. Sushant used to motivate his friends and show them the right path. I cannot believe that such a person will commit suicide. Investigating agencies are investigating and I hope that we will get justice. Though it has been delayed a lot we are waiting that we will definitely get justice,” Vishal Singh, Sushant’s childhood friend said.
“I have known Sushant Singh Rajput since his childhood days. He was a very calm person and could never think that he could commit suicide. Sushant Singh Rajput is still alive in our hearts and the way he was associated with social work will always be remembered. He always thought about helping people, so we have decided that we will organize a blood donation camp on his first anniversary, as well as feed the poor,” said Dilip Singh, Sushant’s neighbour.
Sushant Singh Rajput was born on 21 January 1986 in Rajiv Nagar, Patna. He did his schooling at St. Karen’s High School in Patna. After passing Class 10, Sushant went to Delhi and studied further at Kulachi Hansraj Model School. In 2003, Sushant secured the 7th position in the entrance examination of Delhi Technological University and had passed 11 engineering entrance exams simultaneously. However, he had a passion for theatre and dance, and while pursuing his studies in the university, he enrolled in Shiamak Davar’s Dance Academy and from there he never had to look back.
On June 14 last year, Sushant’s body was found in his flat in Bandra, Mumbai, thereby bringing an end to the life of a talented artist with great potential. This incident shook the entire country. The place that Sushant had made in the country and in the world in a very short time was truly laudable. However, for all the people who know Sushant, no one is ready to accept his death as a suicide. Everyone is waiting for the truth to come out and the secret of his death to be revealed.
