Korba, November 22, 2024 . A team of individuals from across the country arrived in Korba as part of the Nirman Yatra, an initiative aimed at understanding and appreciating the collective efforts of Nova Nature Welfare Society. This journey not only highlights inspiring stories of social work but also provides an opportunity to understand the deep connections between society and nature.
The objective of Nirman Yatra is to showcase the positive efforts of society, highlight the challenges faced, and inspire people to find new solutions. This year’s journey focused on topics such as human-elephant conflict, king cobra conservation, and the contributions of local communities.
Participants from Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Mumbai, Kondagaon, Raipur, and Bhilai, who were involved in education, social work, and other fields, shared their experiences and stated that this journey has brought about a significant change in their perspective.
This was the third edition of Nirman Yatra, which spanned 10 days and covered districts such as Raipur, Kawardha, Bemetara, Bilaspur, Korba, Raigarh, and Janjgir-Champa. The journey was led by Aashish Shrivastava, Priyank Patel, and Prahlad Ji, in collaboration with Aghora Eco Tourism and Nova Nature Welfare Society.
