Raipur, 04 September 2023/ Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel has extended his heartfelt greetings to all the teachers and citizens of the state on the occasion of Teachers’ Day, which falls on September 5. In his message, the Chief Minister expressed our collective pride in commemorating the birthday of the former President, Bharat Ratna Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, as Teachers’ Day. He stated that Dr Radhakrishnan was not only a philosopher but also a teacher, who played a pivotal role in advancing our nation’s educational pursuits. He instilled great moral values in his own life and served as an inspiration to his students. Chief Minister emphasized the crucial role that teachers’ play in nurturing responsible citizens. Through education, they possess the power to bring positive transformations within society. He hoped that by following in Dr Radhakrishnan’s footsteps, all teachers’ will continue to play a significant role in guiding our country and society towards a brighter future.
