Mr. Baghel performed the inauguration and Bhoomipujan of various developmental works worth more than Rs. 71 crores
Raipur, 22 May 2023/ Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel presented a slew of various developmental works during his Bhent Mulakat program organized in Chirra village in Korba district’s Rampur Assembly Constituency. Mr. Baghel performed the inauguration and Bhoomipujan of 65 developmental works worth Rs. 71 crore 23 lakh. They include the inauguration of 33 developmental works worth Rs. 44 crore 33 lakh and the Bhoomipujan and foundation stone laying of 32 developmental works worth more than Rs. 26 crore 90 lakh.
The developmental works inaugurated by the Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel include railway overbridge construction work near Urga Railway Station on Champa Gewra Railroad, 4 works worth Rs. 9 crore 14 lakh 88 thousand including the construction of 2 Km road from Tilaidabra to Kartala road and bridge-culvert in Public Works Department’s Korba division, 8 road construction works worth Rs. 2 crores 24 lakh 93 thousand under the Forest Department, 8 works worth Rs. 2 crores 14 lakh 57 thousand of Chhattisgarh Rural Road Development Agency under the Panchayat and Rural Development Department, 10 works worth Rs. 1 crore 81 lakh 91 thousand under the Janpad Panchayat Kartala, and 2 works worth Rs. 6 crore 8 lakh 76 thousand under the Health and Family Welfare Development.
Similarly, Bhoomipujan of the following works was also performed: 22 works worth Rs. 20 crore 53 lakh 77 thousand under the Public Health Engineering Department, 2 works worth Rs. 3 crore 99 lakh 63 thousand under the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board in Korba, 2 works worth Rs. 1 crore 42 lakh 24 thousand under the Chhattisgarh Housing Board’s Korba division, and 6 works worth Rs. 94 lakh 60 thousand under the Panchayat and Rural Development Department.
