Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel inaugurated Gadh Kalewa, located in the village of Achhota, during the Bhent-Mulakat program in Dhamtari district today. During his visit to Gadh Kalewa, the Chief Minister interacted and discussed the arrangements with the women of the self-help group.
Members of the women’s self-help group informed the Chief Minister that Gadh Kalewa offers various dishes of Chhattisgarhi cuisine, such as Cheela, Fara, Thethari, Khurmi, Airsa, Chausela, Sohari, and other cuisines.
Gadh Kalewa is a traditional restaurant that showcases the culture of Chhattisgarh and provides a village ambiance. It features both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements, following an open-air concept. A significant portion of the establishment consists of open spaces where patrons can savor the delectable taste of Chhattisgarhi Cuisine. Customers will also have access to Wi-Fi facility at Gadh Kalewa.
