Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai congratulates newly appointed heads and members of State Boards, Commissions and Corporations

New appointees will accelerate the vision of a developed Chhattisgarh: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai has congratulated all newly appointed chairpersons, vice-chairpersons and members following the issuance of appointment orders for various state corporations, boards, commissions, committees and other institutions.

Among the appointments, Shri Gaurishankar Shrivas has been named Chairman of the Chhattisgarh State Hair Craftsmen Welfare Board, while Shri Devsharan Sen has been appointed as a member. Among other prominent appointment, Dr Mamta Sahu has been appointed Chairperson of the State Women’s Commission, Shri Ramlal Chauhan has been appointed Chairman of the Chhattisgarh State Scheduled Caste Commission, with Shri Vedram Manhare as Vice-Chairman while Shri Saurabh Singh Jagrut, Shri Durga Maheshwar and Shri Dayawant Dhar Bandhe have been appointed as members of the commission.

Shri Anand Nishad has been appointed Chairman of the Chhattisgarh Fishermen Welfare Board, while Shri Netaram Nishad has been named a member. Shri Rajesh Kumar Rajput has been appointed Chairman of the Chhattisgarh Sanskrit Vidya Mandal, Raipur, with Mrs Suman Mutha appointed as a member. Shri Rajendra Nayak has been appointed Chairman of the Shakambhari Board, while Shri Basant Patel, Shri Premlal Patel, Shri Santosh Patel and Shri Prem Patel have been appointed as members.

Shri Sudhir Gautam has been appointed Chairman of the Chhattisgarh State Education Commission. Shri Manmath Nath Sharma has been appointed a member of the State Commission for Protection of Child Rights, while Mrs. Prasanna Awasthi has been appointed a member of the Chhattisgarh Film Development Corporation. Dr JP Sharma has been appointed Vice-Chairman of the Raipur Development Authority, Shri Kishore Mahanand as Vice-Chairman of the Chhattisgarh Labour Welfare Board, Shri Anand Kumar Tiwari (Shri Rajiv Lochan Das Maharaj) as Vice-Chairman of the Gau Seva Commission, and Shri Mangal Das Thakur as Vice-Chairman of the Chhattisgarh State Scheduled Tribe Commission.

Chief Minister expressed confidence that all the newly appointed office-bearers would discharge their responsibilities with complete dedication towards public service, good governance and public welfare, and contribute to accelerating the state’s vision of a developed Chhattisgarh.
