Raipur, 05 November 2024/ In the Rajyotsav program organized on the occasion of State Foundation Day, Chief Guest Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the double engine governments are taking Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh on the path of development at a rapid pace.
Dr Yadav praised the success of the public welfare schemes run in Chhattisgarh under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai and the campaign conducted against Maoist terror. He said that under the leadership of Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Shri Sai, Maoism is on the verge of ending in Chhattisgarh.

“Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh have a common culture and common thoughts. The phrase ‘Chhattisgarhiya Sabse Badhiya’- the people of Chhattisgarh are the best and best known for their simplicity, for their rice bowl and for their natural resources. A new dimension of development has been established from Raipur to Bastar. Here the state-centre double engine government is swiftly working on the path of development,” said Dr Yadav. Lord Shri Ram has spent a lot of his time in Chhattisgarh. The incident of eating the leftover berries of Mata Shabri is also from Chhattisgarh.

Chief Minister Dr Yadav said that our glorious past is due to Lord Ram and Lord Krishna, our government will work to preserve it. The state-centre collaborated governments are working to promote religious tourism at the places where Lord Shri Krishna has also performed his Leelas. Rajyotsav was organized along with Deepotsav. This has increased the fame of this event. He said that Madhya Pradesh have Ladli Behan Yojana and Chhattisgarh have Mahtari Vandan Yojana. We will all continue to move forward on the path of rapid development.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, while addressing the inauguration ceremony of Rajyotsav, said, “It’s our good fortune that Madhya Pradesh’s Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav has come for the inauguration of Rajyotsav.”

Chief Minister started his address by saluting martyr Veernarayan Singh, Veer Gundadhur and other martyrs of Chhattisgarh. He also remembered Birsa Munda, a symbol of bravery of the tribal community across the country. He also paid tribute to personalities like Guru Baba Ghasidas, Mini Mata and Maharaja Chakradhar Singh.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai remembered former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji and expressed gratitude towards him. The Chief Minister also remembered Lord Shri Ram, Mother Shabari, Rishi Agastya and other sages at Madheshwar Mahadev Taposthal.

The Chief Minister said that the love between Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh is like that of real brothers. The foundation day of both the states is on the same day. I congratulate Dr Mohan Yadav ji on the foundation day and wish for the rapid development of Madhya Pradesh.
“Chhattisgarh is entering its 25th year today. You have seen the development journey of these 24 years. During the Chief Ministership of Dr Raman Singh, Chhattisgarh developed in every field. Institutions like IIT, IIM, AIIMS and Law University were established here. A strong system of paddy procurement and PDS was established,” said Shri Sai.
The Chief Minister said that it has been ten months since our government came to power. In such a short time, our government has fulfilled most of the guarantees of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji. A wide range of assured works have been done ranging from promise of purchasing 21 quintals of paddy per acre at the rate of Rs 3100 per quintal or giving RS 1000 women of our state, Ramlala Darshan Yojana, PSC examination. All the work has been completed in ten months. The Chief Minister said that we have to fulfill the concept of developed Chhattisgarh. We have prepared a vision document and will work accordingly.

Attributing the credit of formation of the state of Chhattisgarh, Assembly Speaker Dr Raman Singh said that Atal Ji created the state of Chhattisgarh. The development that has taken place in the state today has been possible because of Atal Ji. Our state is the maternal home of Shri Ram. It is not a piece of land, it has immense possibilities. He said that Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai has executed an exemplary work for development.

On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Arun Sao said that we are honored to welcome respected our elder brother Dr Mohan Yadav the coming tohether for state formation celebration seems just like gathering of all family members for any great celebration. The creation of Chhattisgarh is the most unique, most unparalleled example of democracy.

Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma said that Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav is delivering an excellent overall development works in Madhya Pradesh for the benefit of the people. His contribution in the field of cow protection is exceptionally outstanding. Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai has implemented many major schemes simultaneously, due to which the state is developing rapidly.
