On 23.09.2024, RLI Sipat organised a vibrant induction program for 30 Executive Trainees (ETs) of the 2023-24 Extension Batch-2, marking their entry into NTPC family. The event was graced by Shri V.K. Pandey, BUH, NTPC Sipat, Shri Srijit Kumar, GM CPG-2, Sh. A.K. Tripathi, GM RLI & BE, Shri Rajiv Satyakam, GM ASH & NI, Shri S. K Mandal, GM Project, Sh. Braj Rath, GM Mtc and HoDs from various departments. Adding a touch of warmth to the occasion, Smt. Sadhana Pandey, President, Sangwari Mahila Samiti, along with other senior members of Sangwari Mahila Samiti, joined the program to motivate the young ETs.
During the program, ETs showcased their talents through a series of captivating cultural performances in form of Ganesh Vandana dance, a witty skit on social media titled “Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum and a delightful “lazy dance” set to a medley of old songs. Injecting an element of fun, games were organized for ETs, HODs, and senior members of the Sangwari Mahila Samiti. All the dignitaries addressed the young ETs and gave their advice and blessings for their bright future. The event was followed by dinner.
The induction program, featuring a mix of formal introductions, cultural activities, and interactive sessions, showcased NTPC’s comprehensive approach to welcoming and integrating new talent, signifying the start of the ETs’ professional journey with the organization.
