Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai pays tribute to Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya on his birth anniversary

Raipur, 24 September 2024. Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai paid tribute to Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, the pioneer of Integral Humanism (Ekatma Manavvad), on September 25. Shri Sai hailed Shri Upadhyaya as a visionary leader whose ideas and principles laid the foundation for a progressive ideology that continues to guide the nation. He noted that Shri Upadhyaya’s philosophy focused on rebuilding the country and restoring India’s cultural and spiritual heritage.

Shri Sai highlighted that Shri Upadhyaya devoted his life to fostering an inclusive society and empowering the masses. He firmly believed that true societal progress could only be achieved when the last person in society experienced growth and development. In recognition of his dedication to uplifting the marginalised, Pandit Upadhyaya’s birthday is celebrated as ‘Antyodaya Diwas’, symbolising the commitment to raising the standard of living for the poorest and most vulnerable in society.

The Chief Minister reiterated his government’s commitment to improving the lives of all citizens, inspired by Pandit Upadhyaya’s Antyodaya philosophy. He concluded by affirming that Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya’s legacy will continue to inspire the nation for coming generations.
