Raipur, 19 September 2024 // Shri Rajuram Vacham, a resident of Bijapur, received a motorized tricycle from Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai during the Jandarshan programme. A student of ITI in computer trade, Shri Rajuram faces difficulties walking due to polio. Shri Rajuram is thrilled, as the 11 km journey to Hirapur ITI will now be much easier for him. He contracted polio just three years after his birth and completed his schooling up to the 12th grade in Bijapur before moving to Raipur for his ITI studies. Currently residing in Sunder Nagar in Raipur, Shri Rajuram had previously applied for a motorized tricycle during the last Jandarshan. The Chief Minister promptly approved his request, leading to the handing over of the tricycle today.
