Mohd. Adil is receiving cancer treatment at Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Hospital in Raipur

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai’s compassion was evident once again today as he extended timely relief to those in need. Sushri Anjum, who attended the ‘Jandarshan’ program seeking financial assistance, received a cheque for Rs. 20,000 from the Chief Minister. Sushri Anjum, the sister of cancer patient Mohd. Adil Jafri, met with Shri Sai to share her brother’s situation. While Mohd. Adil is receiving free treatment at Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Hospital in Raipur, the family is struggling financially to cover other essential expenses. Responding to her plea, the Chief Minister promptly provided financial aid during the Jandarshan.
Mohd. Adil Jafri, a resident of Momin Para, Tatyapara Ward, has been battling stomach cancer. After undergoing surgery at AIG Hospital in Hyderabad in 2016, he has remained on medication. Recently, due to severe stomach pain, he underwent tests at AIIMS Hospital Raipur on September 16, 2024. The results indicated a recurrence of the cancer, with the infection spreading to a significant portion of his stomach. He is currently under treatment at Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Hospital. Mohd. Adil’s family, including his sister Sushri Anjum, expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai for the much-needed financial support.
