Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has greeted the people of the state on the occasion of Hindi Diwas, September 14. He emphasised the significance of Hindi as the official language, underscoring its pivotal role in fostering national unity and harmony. Its simplicity and accessibility have made Hindi a unifying force across the country.
Shri Sai highlighted the vibrant and inclusive nature of the Hindi language, pointing out that its script, Devanagari, is one of the oldest and most scientifically structured scripts in the world. He remarked that Hindi goes beyond being just a means of communication—it represents a rich cultural heritage.
The Chief Minister further emphasised that Hindi Diwas serves as a reminder of the importance of preserving our identity and culture through language. He urged the people to actively promote and expand the use of Hindi, asserting that no society can progress without the advancement of its mother tongue. Shri Sai called for collective efforts to enhance the prestige and significance of Hindi as the nation’s official language.
