Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai Distributes Cheques to 12 Beneficiaries Under Various Schemes

Over 6,200 Labour Families receive financial aid of Rs 11 crore 41 lakh

Raipur, 08 August 2024/ A large number of people from across the state gathered at CM House today to attend ‘Jandarshan’. They met Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai and shared their grievances and demands with him amidst the drizzle. At the program, Chief Minister handed over cheques of financial aid to 12 beneficiaries under the Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.

It is noteworthy that during today’s Jandarshan program, the Labour Department of State Government distributed cheques of financial aid worth Rs 11 crore 41 lakh 25 thousand 500 to 6,205 beneficiaries under various schemes. This included cheques amounting to Rs 5 crore 21 lakh 20 thousand to 2,606 beneficiaries under Mukhyamantri Noni Sashaktikaran Sahayta Yojana, cheques worth Rs five crore 18 lakh 60 thousand to 2,593 beneficiaries under Mini Mata Mahatari Jatan Yojana, and cheques amounting to Rs 15 lakh 66 thousand to 827 beneficiaries under the Mukhyamantri Nonihaal Chhatravritti Yojana.

Additionally, cheques of financial aid worth Rs 29 lakh were distributed to 100 beneficiaries under Mukhyamantri Shramik Siyan Sahayta Yojana, cheques worth Rs 34 lakh were distributed to 34 beneficiaries under Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramik Awas Sahayta Yojana (Chief Minister’s Construction Workers Housing Assistance Scheme), and cheques worth Rs 30 lakh 50 thousand were distributed to 29 beneficiaries under Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramik Mrityu Evam Divyang Sahayta Yojana (Construction Workers Death and Disability Assistance Scheme), and Rs 12 lakh nine thousand were distributed to 16 beneficiaries under the Mukhyamantri Noni Babu Medhavi Shiksha Sahayta Yojana.
