Chief Minister’s Hospitality: Meeting Distant Guests Before Heading to Telangana

Raipur,25 February 2024/ The tradition of “Atithi Devo Bhava” was beautifully exemplified today as Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai warmly welcomed people from Duldula to his residence. Despite his busy schedule, the Chief Minister made time to meet them, showing his deep respect for their presence. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai had returned from his trip to Delhi early in the morning and had to leave for a trip to Telangana State after a brief rest of 40 minutes. Meanwhile, he was informed that some villagers from the Duldula area of Jashpur district were waiting to meet him outside the residence gate the Chief Minister knows that this area is far from the capital, and everyone has to travel a long distance to reach here. The Chief Minister must have felt the sentiment of “Atithi Devo Bhava” and he immediately invited everyone inside for a meeting. Despite his busy schedule, the Chief Minister’s eagerness to meet his people made this occasion even more special. All the villagers who came from Duldula in Jashpur district wished the Chief Minister on his birthday and expressed their gratitude. Former Chairman of the Youth Commission, Shri Kamal Chandra Bhanjdeo, was also present in the meeting

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai thanked all the villagers who came to wish him on his birthday. He said, “When you all come, it feels like a family member has come. I’m always thankful for your endless love and support. Your care gives me strength to stay committed to my duties. I’ll keep working hard to make our state better.” He promised to meet with the villagers again soon.

The villagers from Duldula shared their experiences, saying Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai has always been easy to talk to, friendly, and caring. They never felt shy speaking their minds in front of him. Meeting him has never been a problem, and even after becoming the Chief Minister, he greeted them warmly, asking about their well-being and promising to meet them soon. They explained how they eagerly waited at the entrance gate to meet him. When they heard he was leaving as per his schedule, they worried they might miss the opportunity. But they were quickly told he wanted to see them. They were happy to meet him and appreciated his consistent warmth and kindness. They mentioned they came to wish him on his birthday. Shri Ganesh Mishra, Shri Lakhan Ram, Shri Neelambar Ram, Shri Jagadish Singh, Shri Ranjit Singh, Shri Devnarayan Singh, Shri Pantu Ram, Shri Prem Kumar Yadav, Shri Bhagirathi Singh, Shri Shiv Kumar Ram, and other villagers were also there at the event.
