Bilaspur, July 16. Chairman-cum-Managing Director, SECL, Shri Harish Duhan, interacted with Area Medical Officers from across the company during the Area Medical Officers’ Coordination Meeting, where key priorities for strengthening SECL’s healthcare delivery system and enhancing medical services for employees and their families were discussed.
The interaction focused on strengthening the Healthcare Management System across all Areas, upgrading Occupational Health Centres with modern medical equipment and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with statutory occupational health requirements, and enhancing the quality, accessibility, and efficiency of healthcare services across SECL. Emphasis was also laid on the timely implementation of initiatives aimed at further strengthening occupational healthcare across the organization.
Addressing the gathering, Shri Harish Duhan reaffirmed the management’s unwavering commitment to strengthening SECL’s healthcare ecosystem and assured the medical fraternity of the organization’s full support in modernizing medical infrastructure and improving healthcare services. He emphasized that the health and well-being of employees remain among SECL’s highest priorities, stating that a healthy workforce is the foundation of a safe, productive, and high-performing organization.
He encouraged the Area Medical Officers to continue working with dedication, professionalism, and innovation to further enhance the quality of occupational healthcare and contribute towards building a healthier and more resilient workforce.
