Mohla  : Nathuram was relieved of his rain-related worries after building a pucca house

The state government provided financial assistance for the construction of a pucca house, and he is now living happily with his family in his new pucca house

Mohla 18 April . The government provides financial aid to economically deprived rural residents through the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin to help them build their own pucca houses. Several families still live in kutcha houses in rural areas nowadays. Due to poverty, the villagers are unable to construct their own pucca houses. They wish to build their own pucca house, but due to their poor financial situation, they will have to settle for a kutcha house for the rest of their lives. The government is running the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin for those living in rural areas in order to accomplish his desire.

Mr. Nathuram, a resident of Ambagarh Chowki’s Sangli village, a tribal-dominated area, is unconcerned about rainy days because he has his own pucca house. He is living happily with his family by building a kitchen platform and a toilet in his pucca house. Mr. Nathuram is a dedicated farmer and a decorator who earns his living through agriculture and village decorating. Mr. Nathuram recalls living in a mud house with tiles. Because it was a mud and tile house, there was water seepage during rainy days, moisture in the ground, dampness in the walls, and many other issues. Mr. Nathuram said that under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Rural, an amount of Rs 1 lakh 30 thousand was approved for the construction of pucca houses, and the work was completed within the stipulated time. By building a pucca house, he is doing the work of decoration as well. The important scheme of the government’s Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana has proved to be a boon for Mr. Nathuram. He has thanked and expressed gratitude to the government and the administration for this help.
