Relished ‘Aam ke Noonchara Achar’ and ‘Alsi ke Bhurke’

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel had his meals with the joint family of farmer Mr. Devnath Sahu in Purai village under Durg Rural Assembly Constituency.
All 24 members of the joint family welcomed the Chief Minister with respect. The family members served home-made Satvik food to the Chief Minister and his guests. The ‘Aam ke Noonchara Achar’ and ‘Alsi ke Bhurke’ in the Thali especially attracted the Chief Minister’s attention and he enjoyed these dishes with pleasure.
On this occasion, Home Minister Mr. Tamradhwaj Sahu, Chairman of District Co-operative Central Bank Mr. Rajendra Sahu, and other guests were also present.
The guests were served Bijauri, Papad, Kadhi, Chech Bhaji, Munga, Alu Chana Sabzi, rice, roti, dal, and Sevai and Anarsa as sweet dishes on a brass plate. The family member Mr. Surendra Kumar Sahu said that his entire family is delighted to have the Chief Minister amongst them.
