Raipur, March 30 . Transport Secratary Shri S.K. Prakash presided over a meeting yesterday at Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhawan to review the progress of the work on improving black spots in highways, integrating cameras installed in highways, and data from toll plazas. It was decided at the meeting to ensure the quick integration of ambulance services 108 and 1033 for the quick treatment of the injured on the highways, effective corrective measures to be taken to repair black spots, and the integration of data from cameras installed on highways and toll plazas to ensure challan action.

In the meeting, Chairman of Lead Agency (Road Safety) Mr. Sanjay Sharma, Joint Transport Commissioner Mr. Vedvrat Sirmour, Manager NHAI Mr. Prakhar Aggarwal, Deputy Director Health Dr. D.K. Turrey, Dr. G.J. Rao, Senior Director of NIC Mr. Y.V.S. Rao, Chief Engineer of PWD Mr. Rajkumar Ratre, RTO Raipur Mr. Shailabh Sahu along with officials of Transport, Police, PWD, Ambulance Service 108,and 1033 were present.
