KORBA, Nov 28 — Sanjay Kumar Mishra, Regional General Manager of SECL’s Dipka Area, has been honored with the Best Area General Manager Award during SECL’s 41st Foundation Day celebrations. The award recognizes his outstanding management skills, visionary leadership, and exemplary administrative efficiency.
This achievement reflects the Dipka Area’s continued progress, commitment to social responsibility, and significant contributions to the coal mining sector.
Under Mishra’s leadership, the Dipka Area has scaled new heights in mining operations, demonstrating remarkable improvements in production, operational speed, and safety standards. The area not only achieved its production targets but also resolved complex land acquisition challenges through unprecedented coordination with the state administration and local revenue authorities.
Dipka Area recorded historic success in land acquisition, rehabilitation, surveys, and compensation distribution in sensitive villages such as Malgaon and Hardibazar. These processes were completed in a transparent, timely, and efficient manner. Mishra’s strategic and sensitive approach played a key role in resolving the social, legal, and revenue-related issues that often hinder such projects.
