Enhancing Leadership Excellence: A 2-day Workshop by IIM Raipur
The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur, in collaboration with the Employee Development Center of NTPC Korba, hosted a dynamic 2-day Leadership Attributes Workshop for senior executives of NTPC Korba from December 16-17, 2024. The workshop, specially curated to foster leadership growth, aimed to empower senior management by enhancing key leadership skills and refining their approach to meet the evolving challenges within the energy sector.
The program brought together esteemed faculty members from IIM Raipur, who led the sessions through a mix of thought-provoking case studies, hands-on workshops, and interactive discussions.
