Korba,11 November 2024.In a remarkable initiative to promote mental and psychological health among children, the Brahma Kumaris in collaboration with the Bal Bhawan and the Welfare Wing of Maitri Mahila Samiti (MMS), NTPC Korba, organized a special session titled “Empowering Minds” at the Bal Bhawan premises on 09.11.2024.
The session was led by B K Smriti, a faculty member from Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwavidyalay, who shared valuable insights on emotional well-being, positive thinking, and stress management tailored for young minds. During the session, children were guided on how to deal with challenges, develop resilience, and cultivate a balanced mental state in today’s fast-paced world.
The workshop emphasized practical techniques such as meditation, self-awareness, and breathing exercises to help children manage anxiety, improve concentration, and foster a sense of inner peace. The event was well-attended by local school children, their parents, and educators, all of whom appreciated the positive impact of the session.
