Raipur, 24 October 2024// Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai inaugurated the ‘Kshetriya Sanskriti Mahotsav 2024’ at Saraswati Shishu Mandir, Rohinipuram, on October 23. In his address, he praised Vidya Bharati’s efforts in nurturing the next generation by instilling cultural values and connecting them to Indian culture. He highlighted that the three-day cultural festival will allow children to embrace their cultural pride and develop strong moral values. On this occasion, the Chief Minister announced a grant of Rs. 50 lakh for Saraswati Shishu Mandir Rohinipuram to support the successful implementation of the New Education Policy 2020.
Shri Sai also shared his long-standing association with Saraswati Shishu Mandir and emphasised the significance of the ‘Kshetriya Sanskriti Mahotsav 2024’ in promoting Indian culture. He stated that the New Education Policy 2020 would play a key role in the holistic development of children and bring transformative changes in education. He encouraged students to strive for excellence and wished them a bright future.
Raipur Lok Sabha MP Shri Brijmohan Agrawal, in his speech, mentioned that Chhattisgarh is the first state to implement the New Education Policy. He also approved Rs. 20 lakh for the construction of a cultural building at Saraswati Shishu Mandir, Kharora.
MLAs Shri Motilal Sahu and Shri Purandar Mishra, Vidya Bharati officials Shri Bhal Chandra Rawle, Shri Prakash Thakur, and Shri Shashikant Phadke, Vidya Bharati Secretary Shri Vivek Saxena, along with Shri Vallabh Lahoti, other dignitaries, and a large number of schoolchildren were present.
