As per guidelines received from GOI, Swachhata Hi Sewa fortnight commences at NTPC Lara with administration of Swachhata pledge by Shri Anil Kumar, Executive Director, NTPC Lara in the presence of Shri Rajeev Ranjan, GM (O&M), Shri Ravi Shankar, GM (Project) and senior officials on 17th September 2024. The fortnight will be organised from 17th September to 2nd October 2024.
Speaking on this occasion Shri Kumar, advised all to follow our traditional value system which teaches us to maintain personal hygiene and keep our surroundings clean. The swachhata pakhwada is meant for maintaining our surrounding a better liveable place for our future generation.
Under celebration of Swachhata Hi Sewa fortnight, a plantation drive organised under the banner of #Plant4Mother. Shri Anil Kumar, Executive Director (NTPC Lara) and senior officials planted saplings in Maitree Nagar Township on 17th September 2024.
During the fortnight various awareness generating activities, cleaning drive, shramdan will be organised.
