Raipur, 4 September 2024. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai greeted all teachers of the state on Teachers’ Day, September 5. In his message, the Chief Minister stated that this day marks the birthday of former President Bharat Ratna Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, a distinguished philosopher and educator who made significant contributions to the education field in the country. The Chief Minister highlighted the profound impact teachers have in society, stating that they possess the power to inspire positive change through education. He emphasised their crucial role in shaping responsible citizens by imparting strong moral values to students. He expressed hope that, following Dr. Radhakrishnan’s footsteps, teachers will continue to play a pivotal role in guiding the country in a positive direction.
