𝐉𝐂𝐂 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐄𝐂𝐋 𝐇𝐐 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐨𝐧 𝟎𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓.

A JCC meeting was held at the Sankalp Hall of ECL HQ on 05th July, 2025 chaired by Md. Anzar Alam, Director (Finance), ECL in presence of Shri Niladri Roy, Director (Technical/ Opeartions), Shri Gunjan Kumar Sihna, Director (HR), Shri Girish Gopinathan Nair, Director (Technical/ P&P), ECL and HoDs from various departments of ECL.

Representatives from major trade unions including HMS, BMS and special invitee of INTTUC participated in the meeting. Discussions were held on various important matters concerning the company, including the proposed nationwide strike scheduled for 09th July, 2025.

During the deliberations, the trade union representatives assured the ECL management of their full cooperation and assistance whenever required. The meeting concluded on a positive note with mutual commitment to maintain industrial harmony and address issues through constructive dialogue.
