State-Level Shala Praveshotsav : Girl students overjoyed to receive bicycles at hands of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, expressed their enthusiasm by ringing the bell on bicycle simultaneously

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai distributed bicycles to 30 girl students of 9th standard

Raipur, 05 July 2024/ On the occasion of the state-level “Shala Praveshotsav” (school admission festival) organized in village Bagiya of Jashpur district today, students were overjoyed to have Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai among them as the Chief Guest of the program. Besides, extending hearty congratulations and best wishes to the newly-enrolled students, Chief Minister Shri Sai distributed free bicycles to the girl students taking admission in 9th stardard. Delighted with the gift, girl students expressed their joy and gratitude to Chief Minister by collectively ringing the bell of the bicycle.
Chief Minister Shri Sai wished the students a bright future, and advised them to study well and bring laurels to their parents and the state. On this occasion, Finance Minister Mr. OP Choudhary, MP of Raigarh Lok Sabha constituency Mr. Radheshyam Rathia, MLA Jashpur Mrs. Raimuni Bhagat, MLA Pathalgaon Mrs. Gomti Sai, MLA Arang Guru Khuswant Saheb, District Panchayat President Jashpur Mrs. Shanti Bhagat, Vice President Mr. Upendra Yadav and other public representatives were also present.

Free bicycles distributed to the girl students taking admission in 9th standard

At the Shala Praveshotsav held today in village Bagiya of Jashpur district, girl students of 9th standard were provided free bicycles at hands of Chief Minister, under Chhattisgarh Government’s Free Bicycle Distribution Scheme. Under this scheme, free bicycles are distributed to the girl students of government schools studying in ninth standard so that they do not drop out of school due to lack of resources and distant location of the schools.

“Commute to School will now be easier”

With the glee on their faces, girls expressed that they are delighted to receive free bicycles at hands of Chief Minister. Now it would be easier for them to commute to the school.
