Minister Shri OP Choudhary directed the officials to take the necessary actions to initiate the naming process again through a transparent procedure
Raipur, 15 March 2024/ Chhattisgarh’s Minister of Housing and Environment Department, Shri OP Choudhary, reviewed the department’s initiatives regarding the naming of intersections, roads, water bodies, parks, etc., at Atal Nagar in Nava Raipur.
He strongly criticised the process followed by the committee formed in 2020 for naming and stated that due process with transparency was not followed. There was no invitation for suggestions from the public during the naming process.
Minister Shri OP Choudhary directed all concerned officials to ensure that the entire naming process for intersections, roads, water bodies, and parks in Nava Raipur Atal Nagar to be carried out again with the utmost transparency.
