NSPCL brought home a Gold Award during the 3rd edition of Human Capital Awards organized by The Economic Times during the Nextech HR Summit India 2024 organized at Leela Ambience, Gurugram on 22nd February 2024. The award was won by NSPCL in the category of Excellence in Change Management.
The award was received by Ms. Premlata, General Manager (HR) & Sh. Abdul Waseem, DGM (HR), NSPCL.
The award is a testament to the effectiveness of efforts and initiatives the company has introduced recently considering the agile and complex business sector.
