Chhattisgarh women self-help groups celebrated Chief Minister’s birthday by presenting him a unique gift

Raipur, 21 February 2024/ Amidst the abundance of birthday wishes for the state’s beloved Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, members of women’s self-help groups in Chhattisgarh celebrated his special day in their unique way.

Attending the Saras Mela held at the Science College grounds in Raipur on the eve of his birthday, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai received warm greetings from the women of the self-help group. They extended wishes for his health and happiness, presenting him with a special gift – a plate adorned with laddoos made of millets, creatively shaped into the number 60.

As Chief Minister Sai celebrates his sixtieth birthday, the women handcrafted this symbolic gesture to mark the occasion. Expressing his gratitude, Chief Minister stated “Members of women self-help groups in Chhattisgarh are crafting a new narrative of economic self-reliance and, in the coming times, they will make a significant contribution to realizing the concept of a developed India and a developed Chhattisgarh.”
