Raipur, 13 December 2023।The Chief Minister, Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai did the traditional pooja-archana before assuming office at the Mahanadi Bhavan on Wednesday.
For the first time in the history of Chhattisgarh, the Chief Minister performed traditional ceremony before taking office. It is noteworthy that the Chief Minister, Mr. Sai, is very religious, and he also worshipped at his residence and performed puja at the Lord Jagannath Temple in the morning.”
Deputy Chief Ministers Mr. Arun Sao and Mr. Vijay Sharma were also present on this occasion.
Chief Secretary Mr. Amitabh Jain, Additional Chief Secretary Mr. Subrat Sahoo, and Director General of Police Mr. Ashok Juneja greeted the Chief Minister and extended a cordial welcome.
After assuming office, Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai also held introductions with senior officials from various departments of the ministry in his office chamber.
