The region’s tribal population will have access to various social programs

Chief Minister, Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, inaugurated the Tribal Rest House in Kondagaon today. The construction of this Tribal Rest House will provide the tribal population in the region with facilities for various social programs. Chief Minister Mr.Bhupesh Baghel stated that this building is the most beautiful one in Chhattisgarh.
Tribal Rest House:
At a cost of 2 crore rupees, a fully-equipped Tribal Rest House has been constructed in the headquarters of the Bastar district, Kondagaon. Located on National Highway 30 and between the city, this Tribal Rest House features a large assembly hall, waiting rooms, accommodation rooms, rooms for officials, conference rooms, a kitchen, toilets, and 13 shops. This two-story Rest House will provide facilities for various events and occasions.
For the construction of social buildings for 54 communities in the Kondagaon district, more than 9 crore rupees have been provided on this occasion. Present at the event were Excise Minister Mr. Kawasi Lakhma, Deputy Speaker of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly and Keskal MLA Mr. Santaram Netam, Minister of Backward classes and minorities walfare of chhattisgarh. Mr.Mohan Markam, Member of Parliament for Bastar constituency Mr. Deepak Baij, District Panchayat President Mr. Devchand Matlam, President of All Tribal Society Mr.Bangaram Sodi, President of Gondwana Society Mr. Budhsingh Netam, various officials, Collector Mr. Deepak Soni, and Police Superintendent Mr. Y. Akshay Kumar, along with various representatives from the community.
