Raipur, August 10, 2023/ Several government schools across the Jashpur district are undergoing renovation as part of the ‘Mukhyamantri School Jatan Yojana’ introduced by the Chhattisgarh Government. This initiative includes not only the repair, renovation, and restoration of school buildings but also the construction of additional classrooms. Government Middle School Kunkuri in the Pathalgaon development block has undergone refurbishment under this scheme. Students noted that previously, due to a leaking roof, water used to drip, causing disruptions in their studies. With the completion of the school’s renovation, the issue of water leakage has been successfully addressed. The walls have been adorned with beautiful paintwork, enhancing the school’s ambience. The school environment now gives pleasant vibes, fostering a heightened interest in learning. Students from Government Higher Secondary School Bimda in the Bagicha development block shared that the refurbishment of their school building has resulted in an improved learning environment.
