Laser with musical fountain show to be the center of attraction at Bade Tariya

Raipur 03 June 2023// Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel inaugurated Bade Tariya in Kumhari late on Friday. Sprawled over an area of 18 acres, the Tariya is built at a cost of Rs 26 crore. He also inaugurated the ‘laser with musical fountain show’ here, which will provide daily entertainment to the residents.

Chief Minister described this place as a beautifully developed recreational area, comparable to that of a metropolitan city. He explored the food stalls, green walking tunnel, toy train, arch, and suspension bridge within the premises, emphasizing that this place is a marvelous blend of natural heritage, culture, and modern infrastructure. He also enjoyed the laser with musical fountain show, which splendidly showcased the rich culture of Chhattisgarh, along with displaying its mineral resources and picturesque tourist destinations. Additionally, a presentation on the developmental journey of Kumhari Municipal Corporation over the past four years was also shown during the event.

Every evening at 7:30 PM, a mesmerizing laser with a musical fountain show will be showcased here, providing amusement for visitors. This captivating programme will last for 13 minutes, and an entry fee of Rs 10 has been set, primarily to cover maintenance costs. The laser with musical fountain show will feature various themes, with the highlight being the synchronized display of laser lights and fountain jets accompanied by melodious music, creating a captivating experience for the audience. The opening and closing timings of the Bade Tariya have been set from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
