Chief Minister Mr. Baghel will attend the State-level ceremony of “Akti Tihar and Maati Poojan Diwas”

Chief Minister will launch “Indira Beej” produced by the Agriculture University

He will inaugurate the newly-constructed Farmer’s Auditorium and Cluster Class Room

He will also distribute advanced seeds, plant material, and farming equipment to farmers

Raipur, 21 April / Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel will participate in the state-level ceremony organized on the occasion of “Akti Vihar Evam Mati Poojan Diwas” on 22 April. This program will be organized in the Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya.

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel will start the Akti Tihar and Maati Poojan program with Beej Pooja and Maati Poojan in the field of Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya. After the Beej Pooja, he will sow these seeds in the fields by driving a tractor or plow. Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel will unveil the newly-constructed Farmer’s Auditorium built at the cost of Rs. 11.37 crores in the Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalay premises and inaugurate the camp office of Mahatma Gandhi Horticulture and Forestry University. The Chief Minister will also unveil the newly-constructed Cluster Class Room built at Rs. 8.96 crores on the university premises.

In the Akti Tihar and Maati Poojan ceremony held in the auditorium of the agriculture university, Mr. Baghel will launch the advanced varieties of superior-quality and certified seeds with the brand name “Indira Beej”. During the farmers’ convention organized on this occasion, he will distribute advanced seeds, planting materials, and farming equipment to farmers. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel will also address the convention.
