Bilaspur, June 04 2026. General Managers’ Coordination Meeting was held at SECL Headquarters under the chairmanship of CMD Shri Harish Duhan on 04 July 2026 SECL HQ.
Director (Technical/Operations) Shri N. Franklin Jayakumar, Director (Finance) Shri D. Sunil Kumar, CVO Shri Himanshu Jain, Director (Technical/Project & Planning) Shri Ramesh Chandra Mohapatra, and Heads of Departments at SECL Headquarters, were present at the meeting while Area General Managers participated through video conferencing.
Emphasizing the need to sustain operational momentum, CMD Shri Harish Duhan directed all Areas to maximize coal dispatches and expedite stock liquidation. He also reviewed production, productivity, and monsoon preparedness across all operating areas, stressing the importance of ensuring uninterrupted mining operations during the rainy season.
Progress on Environmental Clearance (EC), Forest Clearance (FC), quality management, and CAPEX was also comprehensively reviewed.
At the outset of the meeting, the Chief Vigilance Officer Shri Himanshu Jain delivered a detailed presentation highlighting key vigilance-related issues and ongoing initiatives aimed at strengthening transparency, accountability, and good governance across the organization.
The meeting concluded with the felicitation of Shri Bhanu Singh, former General Manager (Civil), who superannuated in June 2026.
