Raipur, April 7. The Chief Minister wished for the happiness, and prosperity of the state’s residents by offering prayers at Maa Durga temple located at Sattichaura in Ganjpara of Durg assembly. During this, people’s representatives including the Minister in-charge of the district and Housing and Environment minister Mr. Mohammad Akbar and Durg MLA Mr. Arun Vora were also present.

History of the temple
The history of the Sattichaura temple in Ganjpara is well known to the locals. Sattichaura Maa Durga Temple established in 2010. Coconut is said to be offered in the temple before performing religious and auspicious work. It is well known that there is such a square in Ganjpara Sattichaua, where a woman sacrificed her life as sati by lighting a fire with her own strength, and with her blessings and inspiration, the statue of Maa Durga was installed at Sattichaura in Ganjpara.
