President of Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission Mr. Gyanesh Sharma joined
Raipur, 04 April . president of the Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission, Mr. Gyanesh Sharma inaugurated a free regular yoga practice center on April 2nd at Kumbare Chowk Garden in Bal Gangadhar Tilak Ward, Janata Colony, Gudhiyari, Raipur. Several yoga asanas were also taught to the residents at this time. This is the 31st free regular yoga practice center in Raipur as part of the Municipal Corporation’s regular yoga practice program, which is overseen by the Yoga Commission. Yoga exercises will be performed here daily from 6 a.m. to 7.30 a.m. by yoga instructor Mrs. Anita Sahare.
Although according to Mr. Gyanesh Sharma, the Yoga Commission’s goal is to encourage the general people to incorporate regular yoga practice into their daily routines and to live a healthy lifestyle. The commission is constantly opening free regular yoga practice centers in Raipur. This free service should be used by all citizens. Ward Councilor Smt. Kamini Dewangan was there as a special guest, along with Yoga practitioners and a huge number of people.
