CM Bhupesh Baghel wrote letters to the Chief Ministers of various states, informing about Chhattisgarh Government’s “Chhattisgarh Cultural Connect Scheme”

Chhattisgarh Culture Center will be opened in places of national and international importance

Chief Minister requested to allot two acres of government land for the establishment of these centers

Raipur, 24 March . Taking a major initiative, Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has written letters to the Chief Ministers of various states informing them about Chhattisgarh Government’s “Chhattisgarh Cultural Connect” scheme. In the letter, Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Mr. Baghel has stated that the establishment of these centers will facilitate the people of Chhattisgarh to reside and visit places of national and international importance. Mr. Baghel has requested the Chief Ministers of various states to allot two acres of government land for the establishment of these centres. He has assured the Chief Ministers of various states that they would also be given approval and allotment of land, if they are interested in opening a culture center in Chhattisgarh.

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has requested  Uttarakhand Chief Minister Mr. Pushkar Singh Dhami to allot two acres of government land in Rishikesh, Gujarat Chief Minister Mr. Bhupendra Bhai Patel in Girnar and Somnath, Odisha Chief Minister Mr. Naveen Patnaik in Puri, Andhra Pradesh, he requested Chief Minister Mr. Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy to allot two acres of land in Tirupati, Chief Minister of Maharashtra Mr. Eknath Shinde in Shirdi, Chief Minister of Jharkhand Shri Hemant Soren in Deoghar, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Shri Yogi Adinath  in Varanasi, Ayodhya, Prayagraj and Mathura.

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has written in the letter that people speaking different languages, belonging to different castes, religions and cultures live together in India harmoniously. Unity in diversity is our biggest strength and heritage. The mutual exchange of different cultures has helped in keeping our nation united and strong. The Government of Chhattisgarh has decided to start a scheme named “Chhattisgarh Cultural Connect”, under which ‘Chhattisgarh Culture Centers’ will be established for the people of Chhattisgarh to visit and reside in places of cultural importance located in different parts of the country. Through these centers, the residents of Chhattisgarh will get the opportunity to learn more about the cultural plurality of the country. These centers will also serve as an information hub about the culture, archeology and tourist places of Chhattisgarh. The traditional handicraft products of Chhattisgarh and those from other states and countries will also be exhibited here.

Chief Minister Mr. Baghel has assured the Chief Ministers of various states that if they desire to create interest regarding the culture and tourism of their states in people of Chhattisgarh, then their demand for allotment of land in cultural and tourism destinations in Chhattisgarh will be accepted with pleasure.
