Balodabazar, 15 March. Collector Rajat Bansal has directed that anemia tests be conducted at all community health centers, sub-health centers, and primary health care centers throughout the district in order to reduce anemia under the Mukhyamantri Suposhan Yojana. Because of a Women and Child Development Department event on March 16, 2023, anemia testing will be performed in development block Simga on March 17, 2023. Anganwadi didis are in charge of taking women to health centers for checkups.
Following an anemia test, Anganwadi centers will provide healthy hot food to anemic women. Previously, beginning in February 2022, 11 thousand 335 anemic women were given hot food three days a week. As a result, 2132 anemic women were cured of their anemia. It is worth noting that the Mukyamantri Suposhan Yojana is an important government scheme. For this reason, the District Program Officer has urged all women to seek anemia tests at their nearest health centers.
