Raipur : So far, 849 phone calls have been received for solution by helpline

Raipur, 02 March . According to the directives of Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education Secretary Prof. V.K Goyal, students, parents, and teachers are continually reporting their complaints on the helpline’s toll-free number +91-18002334363 from 10.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., and the board is resolving them fast. From February 21 to March 1, the helpline received 849 phone calls to resolve exam-related issues. Except for government holidays and Sundays, the helpline is open.

Before the start of the examination, examinees call the helpline’s toll-free number and ask a variety of inquiries. Mrs. Pushpa Verma and Dr. Lili Sahu subject experts in the first shift while Mrs. Ragini Awasthi, and Mrs. Manju Singh, subject experts in the second shift, solved the problem on the helpline. Along with this, deputy secretary of the board Mr. J.K. Agrawal, Nodal Officer Dr. Pradeep Kumar Sahu, Assistant Professor Mrs. Preeti Shukla, and Mrs. Alka Dani handled the issues raised by the students.

Inspection of examination centers of Higher Secondary Examination

Prior to this, an inspection of the examination centers Government Higher Secondary School Tarpongi, Maa Banjari Gurukul School Rawanbhatha Raipur, Government Higher Secondary School Kirna, and Government Higher Secondary School Tandwa was done by Deputy Secretary Shri J.K. Agrawal, Assistant Professor Mr. Pradeep Kumar Sahu, Mrs. Manishi Singh, and Assistant Secretary Mr. R.K. Sondhia. The exam was conducted peacefully.
