Bilaspur, Feb., 04. CMD SECL Harish Duhan, launched SAMAGRI (Stock Analysis Management Application for Generating Real-time Insights) during the GM Coordination Meeting held on 04 February 2026.
The digital dashboard has been conceptualized to strengthen material availability, operational continuity, and production support across SECL.
The launch took place in the august presence of Shri N Franklin Jayakumar, Director (Technical–Operations), Shri Biranchi Das Director (Human Resources) (joined through VC), Shri Himanshu Jain, Chief Vigilance Officer, Shri Ramesh Chandra Mohapatra, Director (Technical–Projects & Planning), Area General Managers (through VC) and Heads of Departments from Headquarters also.
The GM Coordination Meeting is currently in progress, with focused discussions underway on production and productivity-related issues, planning efficiencies, and technology-driven performance improvement.

SAMAGRI dashboard represents a structured, system-driven approach to managing critical materials that directly support coal production and operational continuity.
Built entirely on SAP data, the dashboard brings together real-time stock positions, historical consumption trends, lead time considerations, safety stock logic, and reorder thresholds into a single, intuitive platform.
The traffic-light based visual framework, stock coverage indicators, and action-oriented remarks enable quick comprehension and focused decision-making, especially at the senior management level, without the need for detailed data analysis.
By functioning as an early-warning and planning tool, SAMAGRI significantly strengthens SECL’s ability to prevent material shortages, avoid emergency procurement, and ensure uninterrupted operations.
