Korba: JCI Korba Central organised its 32nd Installation Ceremony in a dignified and festive atmosphere on the evening of December 31 at Meher Vatika, coinciding with the New Year celebrations.
During the ceremony, JCI C.A. T.N. Bajaj was sworn in as President of JCI Korba Central, JCI Ramkumar Soni as President of JCI Legend, and JCIret Anshu Agrawal as President of JCIret, along with their respective executive committees for the year 2026. They took the oath of office and confidentiality.
On the occasion, 18 new members were inducted into the organisation and administered the membership oath. An impressive award ceremony was also held to honour members for their outstanding contributions during the year 2025. The event also witnessed the formal release of the JCI desk calendar, the annual planner for 2026, and the cover page of the proposed magazine “Hasdev Tat Se”.
Mayor of Korba, Mrs Sanju Devi Rajput, graced the function as Chief Guest and appreciated JCI’s contribution in the fields of social service, education and leadership development. Special Guest, President of the Red Cross Society, Mr Ramsingh Agrawal, remarked that JCI members possess the discipline and efficiency to successfully organise any programme.
JCI Zone-27 Vice President JCI Ankit Tamkoria officiated as the Installation Officer, while JCI Senator C.A. Amar Agrawal addressed the gathering as the keynote speaker, sharing his views on leadership, organisational growth and social responsibility.
Following the installation ceremony, members of the JCI fraternity welcomed the New Year with cultural performances, music, dance and fireworks. The programme was directed by JCI Harsh Gupta and JCI Vivek Agrawal, with JCI Kapil Vishwakarma and JCI Nitesh Modi serving as co-directors.
Several past presidents of JCI, President 2025 JCI C.A. Abhishek Agrawal, Coordinator JCI C.A. Ashish Agrawal, JCI Utkarsh Agrawal, along with members of JCI Legend, JCIret and a large number of JCI members were present. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Secretary JCI Nishchal Tamkoria.
