Raigarh 27 March 2025.The U-20 Inter-District State Football Championship 2025–26, hosted by NTPC Lara, witnessed an exciting and competitive match where Narayanpur defeated Dantewada with a convincing scoreline of 4–1 goals.
Dantewada won the toss before the match, which was formally inaugurated by HOP Shri Shubash Thakur. Addressing the players and attendees, he emphasized the importance of team spirit, discipline, and the role of NTPC’s CSR initiatives in promoting sports and youth development.

The event was graced by several dignitaries, including Shri G.D. Gandhi, Honorary General Secretary of the Chhattisgarh Football Association; Dr. Ajay Singh, Vice President; Mukesh Chatterjee, Raigarh President and Under-19 Selector; Shri Rambhadur Lama; Shri Sunil Kumar Rao; and Shri Sanjay Singh Thakur, Secretary of DFA Raigarh.
Also present were GM (O&M) Shri Keshav Chandra Singha Roy and PMS President Smt. Rekha Thakur, who encouraged the young players and appreciated the organization of the championship.
The match showcased high energy and skill, with Narayanpur dominating throughout and securing a well-deserved 4–1 victory over Dantewada.
