Paranoid Husband murders Wife; Pantora Police caught the culprit and his associates.

The police have solved the mystery of the murder of a woman in the Chhata forest area. In this case, the police have arrested three accused, including the husband of the deceased. SP Parul Mathur disclosed the whole matter in a press conference. Devendra Soni, a resident of Bengali Para of Bilaspur, was married to Deepti Soni seven years ago. After a few years of marriage, Devendra began to suspect his wife. The two often quarrelled regarding this matter. Frustrated, Devendra planned to kill his wife. In this work, Devendra Soni took the help of one of his associates Pradeep Soni and his wife, Shalu Soni. Devendra and his two accomplices planned the murder of Deepti. According to their plan, on June 14, Devendra, along with his wife Deepti, went to Korba (Balco) in a car. They were returning to Bilaspur at night.

At 10.30 pm, in a deserted forest of Pantora Chowki area, Devendra stopped his car on some pretext. Devendra’s aides Pradeep and Shalu were already present at the place where the car stopped. Within minutes. They killed Deepti by strangling her with a nylon rope. His associates took two mobiles, laptops, and 45 thousand rupees cash in the car to give the incident the appearance of a robbery. Pradeep and Shalu then fled on their bikes with laptops, mobiles, and a bag full of cash. Devendra also reached the Pantora police post after some time. After he killed his wife in the forest to the police, Devendra told the police a concocted story of robbery and murder by the robbers. When the police reached the spot along with Devendra, Deepti’s body was lying inside the car. When the police started investigating the case, Devendra was already suspected based on the incident and circumstances. At first, Devendra kept misleading the police, but after rigorous interrogation, he confessed his crime. The police recovered a mobile, laptop, and a bag full of notes from Devendra’s possession.
