Poetry Conference Organized at NTPC Korba

Korba November 7, 2024, NTPC Korba organized a grand Poetry Conference on the occasion of its Foundation Day. Distinguished poets from different parts of the country participated in the event and enthralled the audience with their compositions. The auditorium was packed to capacity, and the audience welcomed each poem with applause.

The program began with Padmashri Dr. Surendra Dubey (Raipur), who touched upon various aspects of life through his poems and connected with the listeners emotionally. Following him, Dr. Anil Choubey (Varanasi) and Shri Chandan Rai (Mumbai) presented a blend of humor and wit in their poetry, lightening the atmosphere and bringing joy to the audience.

Sushri Bhuwan Mohini (Indore) showcased her powerful poems, highlighting women’s empowerment and the realities of society. Meanwhile, Shri Ram Kishore Tiwari (Lucknow) and Shri Heera Mani Vaishnav (Korba) touched the hearts of the audience with their inspirational poems.

A major attraction of the event was the comedy poetry session, in which all the poets presented humorous pieces, leaving the audience in splits. Throughout the event, the enthusiasm and excitement of the audience were palpable, and the entire program was filled with laughter.
