Raipur, 17 September 2024/ Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai launched the Labour Department’s new website, ‘Shramev Jayate,’ at the state-level ‘Shramik Sammelan’. The revamped website features an improved design and a new bilingual dashboard, offering content in both Hindi and English. The website is also mobile-friendly.
The new e-ticketing system integrated into the site simplifies the grievance redressal process for workers through information technology. Complaints submitted via the platform will be addressed within seven days; if unresolved, they will be escalated to higher officials online. Besides, a helpline number, 0771 3505050, was provided to the workers present at the event.
