Bilaspur, July 08. Under the aegis of Mission Brand_CIL@50 and aligned with the theme “Ignorance of Law is No Excuse,” a two-day Marathon Training Program on Civil Contracts was conducted on 7th–8th July 2025 at Management Development Institute (MDI), SECL Indira Vihar, Bilaspur.
A total of 42 executives from the Civil Department, representing various SECL Areas and Headquarters, actively participated in the training. The program aimed to strengthen participants’ understanding of legal and procedural frameworks related to civil contracts in coal PSUs.
Internal faculty members delivered in-depth sessions on the Civil Manual, supplemented by discussions on relevant circulars and guidelines, thereby equipping the participants with critical knowledge to enhance their capacity in contract management and compliance.
