Instructions to display mobile number of District Control Room in hospitals
Raipur, 18 June 2024/ Balodabazar Collector Shri Deepak Soni has issued necessary guidelines while reviewing the works of Health and Family Welfare Department in the meeting hall of the Joint District Office. He directed the officials concerned to ensure that the beneficiaries of Ayushman Bharat Yojana do not face any inconvenience in availing medical treatment through Ayushman Cards.
The Collector said that Ayushman Bharat Yojana is an important scheme of the government, under which people living in poverty are provided free healthcare. He directed the officials to make every possible arrangement to provide the beneficiaries easy access to medical facilities in government hospitals as well as in a total of 13 private hospitals contracted in the district. In case of a problem or if any irregularity is reported in any particular area, strict action will be taken as per rules. He directed the block medical officers to regularly attend the meetings held by the SDM and report the issues concerning health department. He gave instructions to make arrangements for free treatment of the victims of the unfortunate incident that took place in the district headquarters yesterday. Officials were instructed to maintain the medical record and related documents.
In view of the current situation in the district, the Collector has given instructions to display the mobile number of the district control room 9479190629 and ambulance call number in all the hospitals. Officials were given instructions to arrange for the proper disposal of bio-waste of the hospitals. Collector has also directed to ensure better preparations for the prevention of seasonal diseases during the rainy season.
