Raipur 06 February 2024// The Women and Child Development Department has issued a cautionary notice urging women to be wary of fraudulent links circulating on social media platforms purportedly for applying under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana. Officials have stated that to avail themselves of the scheme’s benefits, applicants should use the official website www.mahtarivandan.cgstate.gov.in and the designated mobile application. They have clarified that there is no fee required for the application process. Besides, eligible women can also apply through authorized channels including Anganwadi Centers, Gram Panchayat Secretaries, Child Development Project Officers (CDPOs), or ward in-charges in their respective areas.
The department has stated that a fake link https://www.mahtarivandanyojana.info/beneficiary-apply, is being circulated by malicious entities via mobile, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms. They have stressed that no private organizations or individuals have been sanctioned by the department for handling the application process.
