Ms Preeti Panigrahi, daughter of Shri S N Panigrahi, GM (HR), SRHQ has received the World Cinema Special Jury Award for Acting at Sundance International Film Festival, being held form 18th to 28th January 2024 in Utah, USA.
Preeti received the prestigious award for her nuanced and luminous performance in the coming-of-age film Girls Will Be Girls. The film, directed by Shuchi Talati and produced by Suchi Talati, Richa Chadha and Claire Cassandra, also won the Audience Award in the World Cinema Dramatic category.
